RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
Our wallpapers are custom-made according to the measurements you provide during the
ordering process. As a result, the standard return policy does not apply in our case.
However, you have the option to cancel your order until it enters production by contacting
our support team.
In the unlikely event that our products have quality issues, please reach out to our support
team, and we’ll promptly address the matter. Faulty or damaged products received will be
exchanged at no additional cost.
Please note that we do not cover costs associated with wallpaper installation, such as
additional materials and labor. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product before
installation. Refunds will not be provided for incorrect installation or damage during the
installation process.
Samples ordered from Walldman.com are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Our
intention in providing samples is to assist our customers in making informed decisions about
our products and to ensure that the colors and motifs meet their expectations.
