The product images on our site are solely for illustrative purposes. Despite our best efforts to accurately display the colors, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors will accurately reflect the color of the Products. The actual Products may slightly differ from those images.

To ensure color accuracy, we suggest ordering a sample of your selected wallpaper before purchasing multiple rolls. We reserve the right to update product descriptions and images as necessary without prior notice.

Ordering & orders

You must be at least 18 years old to shop from walldman.com. If you are under 18, you need the approval of your parent or legal guardian before making a purchase. Upon completion of your purchase, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. This confirmation includes a summary of the purchased products, price breakdown, invoice and delivery address, and the chosen delivery type.

We offer free worldwide shipping via FedEx to all our customers, with typical delivery within 3-8 business days.

You'll receive a shipment tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note, if you place your order during weekends or holidays, those orders will be processed the next working day, which may increase delivery time.

Please note that some countries may require local customs and duties to be paid to the courier upon or before delivery. Our shipping costs do not cover customs duties and taxes for orders outside the EU. For specific information about your country, consult your local authorities. While we cannot be held responsible for cargo delays caused by logistics companies, our customer service team is always available to assist you.


Our product prices are conveniently displayed below the description and visualization of the wallpaper. Keep in mind that the currency shown will vary based on your order’s country. If you’re located outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs fees and local taxes. We retain the right to modify product prices without prior notice. If you’ve placed an order at today’s price, it will remain unaffected.

Additionally, throughout the year, we offer discounts on our products. Registered users will receive email notifications about these discounts, while all users can find them on the main page of our website.

Payment details

We’ve partnered with Stripe, a leading global payment provider, to handle all transactions on our website. Our secure and user-friendly platform allows you to choose the payment method that suits you. Once you’ve placed and paid for your order, we’ll promptly send you an order confirmation via the email address you provided. This confirmation and invoice will detail the products you’ve purchased, the total price, and delivery information.

For eligible customers, we provide the option to pay via invoice. These customers will receive an invoice via email, which includes the total amount due and payment instructions. The invoice clearly outlines the payment terms, and customers are obligated to make payments within the specified timeframe. Once the invoice is settled, production of the order will commence.

Returns & complaints

Our wallpapers are custom-made according to the measurements you provide during the ordering process. As a result, the standard return policy does not apply in our case. However, you have the option to cancel your order until it enters production by contacting our support team. In the unlikely event that our products have quality issues, please reach out to our support team, and we’ll promptly address the matter. Faulty or damaged products received will be exchanged at no additional cost.

Please note that we do not cover costs associated with wallpaper installation, such as additional materials and labor. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product before installation. Refunds will not be provided for incorrect installation or damage during the installation process.

Samples ordered from www.walldman.com are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Our intention in providing samples is to assist our customers in making informed decisions about our products and to ensure that the colors and motifs meet their expectations.
