Our wallpapers are custom-made according to the measurements you provide during the ordering process. As a result, the standard return policy does not apply in our case.
However, you have the option to cancel your order until it enters production by contacting our support team.
In the event that our product has quality issues, please reach out to our support team, and we’ll promptly address the matter. Faulty or damaged products received will be exchanged at no additional cost.
Please note that we do not cover costs associated with wallpaper installation, such as additional materials and labor. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product before installation. Refunds will not be provided for incorrect installation or damage during the installation process.
We also provide various product discounts throughout the year. Registered users will receive email notifications about these reductions, which will also be available on our website's main page.
